Land

On Thursday Matt and I became land owners again. When we lived in Cheyenne we had just a little over five acres and we loved it. Since moving to Rapid City we have wanted to have land again, but just had not found the right lot for the right price. That is until a few weeks ago, Matt found some land for a very reasonable price and we really like the location and the view. We bought 20 acres with a view of the Black Hills. The only bad thing is now Matt and I cannot use the excuse of having no land to put horses the next time the girls ask us for a horse. I am sure it is still going to be awhile before we get horses because the land right now is, well just that, land. It is not fenced off and does not have a barn or any of that good stuff on it. Anyway, this is more a post for me because I had to write this down and I don't keep a written journal well at all.

I am so excited for you guys. Dustin and I can't even get the house buying process down. Someday right.
I feel so bad that I haven't responded to your offer for advice yet. I totally wanted/want it so if you still want to give some that is fine. My email is chickianddust@yahoo.com. The reason I totally forgot to email you was because things are a lot better now. It only took about 3 nights and she didn't cry all night. She cries every once in awhile for a few minutes but then quiets down. It is sooooo nice only getting up with one child.
On a side note, I just heard about Laurie. Will you please let her know that she is in our prayers and we hope all goes well. Keep us posted. We hear random stuff through the grapevine.
