Lovin It

I had my first full week of being home with my kids again and it reminded me of why I love being a mom so much. Some of you may be thinking, aren't all of your kids in school, and the answer is yes. Abbi my youngest is in kindergarten but only for half a day. It about killed me when on her first day of school I was not there to pick her up. It has been so much fun to be the one to pick up my little girl from kindergarten and to be the first one to ask how her day of school went. I love seeing her big smile as she runs out of school to the car. Abbi and I have been having a lot of fun in the afternoons together until John and Jess get out of school. That is the other nice thing about no longer working. When I go and get John and Jess I am not just getting off of work and feel like I need time to unwind. I can give them my full attention as soon as they get home. I feel very blessed to be able to be a mom and would not trade this job for any other job in the world.
